How long does the shipping take?

As soon as you items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can track the shipment progress with the tracking number in that email at any time.

Standard shipping time
2-4 business days within Germany (Monday to Friday). The standard shipping time for European countries an countries outside Europe may differ.

Express shipping time
1-2 business days within Germany (Monday to Friday). Express shipping can only be selected if you have entered a phone number in your user profile. The express shipping time for other European countries or countries outside europe may differ.

Under what conditions can I return an item?

Within 14 days you can return ordered items free of charge within Germany. An item can only be claimed in unworn condition and returned for exchange. Attached labels may not have been removed from the article or the packaging. Also personalized items, e.g. individually printed or individually created items, are excluded from the revocation.

Please enter the reaseon for the return in the return form. Possible reasons are:

  • defect/used
  • Price/Performance
  • Different than described
  • Different than pictured
  • Ordered for selection
  • Item incomplete
  • Delivered too late
  • Poor quality

You also have the option to record any other reasons or comments on the returns form.

How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany
Standard shipping within Germany costs 4,99 €. You can choose express delivery for an additional 9,99 € to the standard shipping.
The standard shipping within Germany is free of charge if your order value is 99 € or higher. Only the express delivery is chargeable in any case.

Outside Germany
The shipping costs outside Germany vary depending on the destination country. The shipping costs for your order abroad will be displayed in the checkout.


How to return an item?

You can return unworn items within 14 days. Use the return documents, which you can either fill out in your customer account, download and print here as a blank form.

Step 1
Pack the items, enclose the return bill and stick the corresponding DHL label on the outside of the package. This way, your return will always be sent to the correct address - free of charge within Germany, of course. For returns that are not posted in Germany, we will charge the costs incurred.

Step 2
You can drop off the package at DHL parcel stores and packing stations. Please keep the return receipt until we confirm your return. You can find return stations near you here.

Step 3
After we have received the package, we will credit the purchase amount to the payment method you selected when placing your order as soon as possible.

Can personalized/customized items be returned?

Personalized items cannot be returned. These products are individually tailored to you personal wishes. This means that other goalkeepers or players cannot use your personalized items.

When and how will the refund be credited?

The purchase amount will be credited to you as soon as possible after we receive the return - we will use the payment method you chose when placing your order.

How do I know that my return has arrived?

We will confirm the return by email after we have checked it. This may take a few days. Thank you for your understanding.

What are the payment options?

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to your PayPal account after clicking the button "Complete payment". There you log in and transfer the purchase price according to the specifications of PayPal.

Credit card
When paying by credit card, you authorize uhlsport - by specifying the card type (MASTERCARD or VISA), the card number, the validity date and the check digit - to charge the purchase price to the specified credit card after pressing the button "Complete payment". The credit card will be charged immediately.

SOFORT Überweisung
When paying via SOFORT Überweisung, you authorize uhlsport - by providing the bank details - to collect the purchase price from the specified bank account after clicking the button "Complete payment". The purchase price is due immediately.

When paying with Giropay, a window will appear after you have clicked on the button "Complete payment", in which you enter the bank code of the credit institution in order to find the corresponding bank or savings bank. In the next step you will be redirected to the login page of the bank. There you log in with the account number and the personal identification number (PIN) and carry out the payment.

All prices are displayed in Euro by default, include VAT and do not include shipping costs. You can choose between various payment options. Your payment information is encrypted and subject to the highest security standards.

uhlsport reserves the right not to offer certain payment methods or to refer to other payment methods in individual cases during the ordering process.

In case of unavailability of the ordered goods or non-conclusion of a contract for other reasons, uhlsport will immediately refund any payments already received. All other rights of uhlsport remain reserved.
