Payment Information

All prices are displayed as totals and include the legal sales tax but do not include shipping costs. No tax credit is granted for shipments to foreign tax jurisdictions (e.g. Switzerland). We offer various payment options. Your payments are encrypted under the highest security standards.

PayPal

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you log in to your PayPal account in a new window that will appear after clicking the button “Complete Payment”. There the purchase price will be transferred according to the specifications of PayPal.

Credit Card

If you select the payment method credit card, you authorize uhlsport to charge the purchase price to the specified credit card after pressing the button “Complete Payment” by specifying the card type (MASTERCARD or VISA), card number, validity date, and card validation code. The credit card will be charged immediately.

SOFORT Überweisung

If you choose the payment method SOFORT Überweisung, you authorize uhlsport to collect the purchase price from the specified bank account by providing the bank details after pressing the button “Complete Payment”. The purchase price is due immediately.

Giropay

If you choose the payment method GiroPay, you enter the bank code of your bank in the appearing window to find your bank or savings bank after confirming the button “Complete Payment”. You will be redirected to the login page of the credit institution. There you log in with your account details and finish the payment.

uhlsport has the right not to offer certain payment methods during the ordering process or to refer to other payment methods.

In case of non-availability of the ordered goods or non-conclusion of a contract for other reasons, uhlsport will immediately refund any payments already received. All other rights of uhlsport remain unaffected.

Shipping Information

An order at www.uhlsport.com can be delivered to delivery addresses worldwide. Nevertheless, we reserve the right not to deliver individual orders to foreign countries (outside Germany) if they do not meet certain requirements for our payment and delivery system.

When will my order arrive?

Please note: Due to customization, the delivery time may currently be extended to approximately 3 weeks.

As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. We will provide a tracking number if possible, so you can track the progress of the shipment at any time.

Standard shipping time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). The standard shipping time for European countries or countries outside Europe may differ.

Express shipping time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Express shipping can only be selected if you have entered a phone number in your user profile. The express shipping time for other European countries or countries outside Europe may differ.

Delivery to foreign countries (outside Germany): Since our deliveries are handed over to third-party shipping companies at national borders, we are unfortunately not able to give exact information about the shipping time to your country. When ordering from non-EU countries, additional costs for importation like customs fees and customs duties may apply to your order. The receiver/customer is responsible for settling all charges directly with the local authorities. We will not collect import duties or customs charges at checkout. For further details please contact your country’s importing authority.

What does the shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany and other countries

Standard shipping costs 4.99 Euro within Germany. Shipping costs outside Germany will be displayed in the checkout depending on the destination country.

You can select express shipping for an additional €9.99 to standard shipping. This option is not available outside Germany.

For orders from 99 Euro and above, standard shipping within Germany is free. Only express delivery is chargeable in any case. Deliveries abroad are excluded from this rule.

Shipping outside Germany

Shipping costs outside Germany may vary. Please refer to the shipping price shown at checkout.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs charges or taxes may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and will be charged separately by customs or the respective shipping service provider.

The amount of these fees depends on the applicable legal regulations in the destination country. Since these vary from country to country and may change over time, we are unfortunately unable to specify which fees may apply in each individual case.

We recommend that you check with the relevant authorities or customs offices of the respective country in advance to learn more about possible import costs.
