How do I proceed with a complaint?
Please do not return claimed items to us on your own. Prior contact with our customer service via email at customercare@uhlsport.de is absolutely necessary.
Why is this important?
Before a return, we review your case together with our quality assurance team. This is the only way we can ensure that the complaint is justified and offer you an appropriate solution (e.g. replacement or refund).
What happens if I return the item anyway?
If an item is returned without prior inspection using a return label and the complaint is rejected, the return shipment back to you must be organized. In this case, shipping costs of €4.99 will apply within Germany. For returns outside of Germany, the costs may be higher. To avoid unnecessary costs and effort, please always contact our customer service before returning a claimed item.
