International Returns: What You Need to Know

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide free return labels for international orders. However, you can return your items at your own expense to the following address:

Please include the delivery note, or write your order number clearly on a piece of paper and place it inside the package. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund the full amount for the returned items.

Please note: Personalized items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. On-demand items, however, can be returned.

Helpful tip: Be sure to inform your local customs office that the package is a return. This can help you avoid unnecessary shipping or customs fees.
